A Dietitian optimised Half Ironman Nutrition Plan to maximise performance in a 70.3 triathlon.


This meticuolously developed plan contains meals before your event, a fuel plan for during the event and hydration plan for before and during the event.


This plan is tried and tested and contains all the information you need to thrive in your 70.3!


Upon paying the plan is available to download. The plan comes as a 10 page PDF. The document explains the demands and the reasons for nutritional choices during a 70.3. It then provides meals and recipes for the day before your event, the breakfast before your event and an easy to follow nutrition and hydration strategy for during the event. 


For during the event you are given several nutritional options providing 80g of carbohydrates per hour. This is sufficient for you to perform without causing stomach issues. Especially when combined with the fuelling advice prior to the event start.
